Young Professional (2 Positions)

Organization: IIMT Business Incubator Foundation
Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Type: Full-Time
Salary:

  • Probation period (3 months): ₹15,000 per month
  • After successful completion of probation: ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
The IIMT Business Incubator Foundation is looking for dynamic and self-driven young professionals to support the management and growth of the incubator. This role involves working closely with startups, investors, and mentors to create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational support to incubated startups.
  • Facilitate connections between startups, mentors, and investors.
  • Organize and manage startup events, hackathons, and pitch competitions.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential startups for incubation.
  • Collaborate with academic and industry partners to build incubation capacity.
  • Develop proposals and secure funding from various agencies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in startups, incubators, or related domains.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and communication tools.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurial challenges.

Organization: IIMT Business Incubator Foundation
Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Type: Internship
Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Job Summary:
IIMT Business Incubator Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to assist with the day-to-day operations of the incubator. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the startup ecosystem, event management, and entrepreneurial support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing startup events, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
  • Support startups with research, documentation, and operational needs.
  • Handle social media accounts and assist in creating marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain records of incubator activities and compile reports.
  • Engage with startups and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the incubation team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pursuing/completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
