Job Summary:
IIMT Business Incubator Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns for an entry-level opportunity to support the operations and activities of the incubator. This role provides a hands-on introduction to the startup ecosystem, offering exposure to event management, research, and entrepreneurial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing startup events, workshops, and mentorship sessions.
• Conduct research to support startups and assist with operational needs.
• Manage social media accounts and contribute to creating marketing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of incubator activities and compile progress reports.
• Engage with startups and stakeholders to collect feedback and share insights.
• Support the incubation team with administrative and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
